According to an online survey by the market research company L\u00fcnendonk, 96 percent of participants stated that they had fully or partially implemented a crisis plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main reasons for the measures are the expected loss of sales due to Covid-19, but also process adjustments due to home office regulations, cancellation of customer meetings and events as well as postponement of projects and budgets.<\/p>

89% of study participants anticipate negative deviations from planned annual turnover in the 2020 financial year - with one in two expecting a decline of more than 10%. Providers of temporary staffing and personnel services as well as consultants are most affected. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to these sectors, auditors, IT consultants, facility management (FM) and maintenance companies were also included in the analysis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
