\/><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En la preparaci\u00f3n interna de un proyecto S\/4 para la direcci\u00f3n decisiva, se definen principalmente los objetivos t\u00e9cnicos del proyecto. Lamentablemente, no se realiza una descripci\u00f3n detallada de las verdaderas ventajas y beneficios como motivaci\u00f3n para los usuarios y para el personal del proyecto. Esto tambi\u00e9n significa que se pierde el impulso positivo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caracter\u00edsticas como la motivaci\u00f3n, la buena educaci\u00f3n y la formaci\u00f3n como parte de la gesti\u00f3n del cambio tambi\u00e9n han demostrado tener un impacto directo en el ahorro de costes, que apenas se tiene en cuenta o se subestima. La experiencia personal ha demostrado que estas habilidades blandas s\u00f3lo se tienen en cuenta a medias. La transferencia, a menudo r\u00e1pida, del conocimiento de las funciones m\u00e1s importantes por parte de los empleados en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda conduce a una p\u00e9rdida masiva de conocimientos y a la frustraci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los empleados motivados est\u00e1n m\u00e1s concentrados, son m\u00e1s eficientes y, por tanto, m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos. Los usuarios bien formados utilizan las nuevas funciones de forma pr\u00e1ctica, cometen menos errores y necesitan menos tiempo. En otras palabras, los factores mencionados anteriormente, cuando se aplican a todos los usuarios SAP de la empresa, suelen dar lugar a una reducci\u00f3n considerable de los costes o, por el contrario, a costes adicionales debido \u00fanicamente al ahorro de tiempo. Con una buena organizaci\u00f3n, no se trata de efectos puntuales, sino de ahorros continuos. Mi lema personal al respecto es: \"<em>Es una pena tener un Ferrari (SAP) y no poder conducirlo.<\/em>.\"&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos estos factores son motivo suficiente para que la direcci\u00f3n responsable apoye al responsable de formaci\u00f3n SAP con todas las medidas necesarias. Especialmente con la transformaci\u00f3n de R\/3 a S\/4, hay muchas nuevas tecnolog\u00edas (por ejemplo, automatizaci\u00f3n o IA) y funciones que pueden conducir a los ahorros indicados mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n formada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cualquier caso, el \u00e9xito de la formaci\u00f3n requiere la infraestructura necesaria y una organizaci\u00f3n profesional. Una implantaci\u00f3n interna tiene muchas ventajas, pero tambi\u00e9n existen como alternativa las correspondientes organizaciones externas. SAP tambi\u00e9n ofrece amplios materiales y servicios de formaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como tecnolog\u00edas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una infraestructura moderna no s\u00f3lo debe abarcar la formaci\u00f3n presencial, sino tambi\u00e9n las tecnolog\u00edas digitales. Ambas variantes son necesarias para lograr la aceptaci\u00f3n de todos los grupos de usuarios. Cuanto mejor se identifique el grupo destinatario, m\u00e1s eficaces y exitosas ser\u00e1n las medidas de formaci\u00f3n. Como m\u00ednimo, deben tenerse en cuenta las caracter\u00edsticas de edad, departamento y aplicaci\u00f3n. La experiencia demuestra que los usuarios de m\u00e1s edad prefieren la formaci\u00f3n presencial, mientras que los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes desean predominantemente herramientas m\u00f3viles y digitales. En cualquier caso, los documentos actualizados tambi\u00e9n deben estar disponibles en l\u00ednea para el d\u00eda a d\u00eda como apoyo a todos los usuarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veo un concepto de formaci\u00f3n exitoso no s\u00f3lo como parte de la gesti\u00f3n del cambio de una transformaci\u00f3n de S\/4 en la fase de proyecto, sino tambi\u00e9n como una tarea operativa continua para el aseguramiento de la calidad relacionada con las personas y para conseguir los ahorros previstos.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La transformaci\u00f3n de S\/4 Hana implica no s\u00f3lo un cambio tecnol\u00f3gico, sino tambi\u00e9n componentes de recursos humanos.
