V. (Asociaci\u00f3n Alemana para la Econom\u00eda Digital) llev\u00f3 a cabo una encuesta representativa de la poblaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como una encuesta entre sus propias empresas miembros, para examinar c\u00f3mo ha cambiado el mundo laboral como consecuencia de la pandemia corona. \/><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Al comparar las dos encuestas, se observa una diferencia en la elecci\u00f3n del lugar de trabajo preferido entre las empresas digitales y las \"cl\u00e1sicas\": Mientras que al 25% de los empleados de la encuesta representativa de la poblaci\u00f3n les gustar\u00eda volver al modelo presencial, s\u00f3lo al 3% de los empleados de las empresas miembros del BVDW les gustar\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los empleados encuestados coinciden en que prefieren predominantemente un modelo flexible: el 53% de los encuestados de la encuesta representativa de la poblaci\u00f3n y el 70% de los encuestados de las empresas miembros del BVDW. En el modelo flexible, los empleados deciden por s\u00ed mismos d\u00f3nde trabajan y durante cu\u00e1nto tiempo: todo es posible, desde el 100 por cien de oficina en casa hasta el 100 por cien de tiempo de presencia en la oficina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\" data-block-type=\"core\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"http:\/\/e3magpmp.greatsolution.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/grafik_hr_Anna_Kaiser_BVDW.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/e3magpmp.greatsolution.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/grafik_hr_Anna_Kaiser_BVDW.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-109295\"\/><\/a><figcaption>\"Los modelos de horario flexible tienen un enorme potencial para aumentar la satisfacci\u00f3n de los empleados\". - Anna Kaiser, Vicepresidenta, BVDW<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta diferencia tambi\u00e9n se refleja en los planes actuales de los ejecutivos: alrededor del 40% de los encuestados en la encuesta representativa de la poblaci\u00f3n afirman que volver\u00e1n a un modelo presencial despu\u00e9s de la pandemia, mientras que \u00e9ste s\u00f3lo es el caso del 7% de los ejecutivos encuestados en las empresas miembros del BVDW. Los ejecutivos de las empresas miembros de BVDW planean predominantemente establecer un modelo h\u00edbrido (70%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El trabajo flexible ya forma parte de la vida cotidiana en la industria digital, incluso all\u00ed donde no era habitual antes de la pandemia. M\u00e1s del 70% de los empleados de las empresas miembros del BVDW est\u00e1n ahora m\u00e1s satisfechos con su situaci\u00f3n laboral que antes de la pandemia. \"<em>Por lo tanto, los modelos de horario flexible tienen un enorme potencial para aumentar la satisfacci\u00f3n de los empleados<\/em>\", explica Anna Kaiser, vicepresidenta del BVDW. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, el trabajo a distancia tambi\u00e9n plantea la cuesti\u00f3n de la accesibilidad constante. El 88% de los empleados de las empresas miembros del BVDW creen que una regulaci\u00f3n tiene sentido.
