Para obtener informaci\u00f3n v\u00e1lida sobre los procesos reales de la empresa mediante un mejor uso de los datos, cada vez son m\u00e1s los directivos que recurren a la miner\u00eda de procesos, seg\u00fan el estudio: el 61% de los responsables encuestados consideran que la miner\u00eda de procesos es la tecnolog\u00eda m\u00e1s importante para mejorar los procesos empresariales y tienen previsto utilizarla o evaluarla en los pr\u00f3ximos doce meses. La tecnolog\u00eda les ofrece una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de los procesos interrelacionados y la posibilidad de eliminar ineficiencias. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los procesos a lo largo de la cadena de suministro son tan importantes como el servicio al cliente. En estos \u00e1mbitos se entrelazan numerosos sistemas, como la planificaci\u00f3n de recursos empresariales, la gesti\u00f3n de la cadena de suministro, la gesti\u00f3n de servicios inform\u00e1ticos y las hojas de c\u00e1lculo. El 90% de las empresas que utilizan la miner\u00eda de procesos conf\u00edan en alcanzar sus objetivos de mejora de procesos este a\u00f1o.. \"Los puntos d\u00e9biles de los procesos son los asesinos secretos de la eficiencia de una empresa.
