Esto requiere nuevos procesos empresariales, como el env\u00edo directo, el clic y recoger, el clic y reservar o el env\u00edo desde la tienda. Y estos procesos deben dise\u00f1arse de forma tan flexible que puedan modificarse a corto plazo (o incluso de forma din\u00e1mica).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto convierte la tarea en un reto para los inform\u00e1ticos. programarse en todos los sistemas perif\u00e9ricos implicados. En el caso de un entorno SAP, esto incluye SAP ERP, S\/4, CAR para fusionar datos de clientes, ventas e inventario, el complemento OAA para abastecimiento, una nube de comercio (Hybris) para comercio electr\u00f3nico y la aplicaci\u00f3n de centro de llamadas correspondiente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una OMS ayuda con los pedidos complejos de productos o servicios cuando intervienen distintos procesos en el montaje, el env\u00edo y el transporte, y ello a trav\u00e9s de los l\u00edmites del sistema y de la empresa. Lo mismo ocurre con los cambios complejos o posteriores de los procesos implicados en el aprovisionamiento. O con la inclusi\u00f3n de transferencias en los procesos de recogida. Luego hay un esfuerzo continuo y considerable de programaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento. Esto convertir\u00eda un sistema SAP OMS completo en un proyecto de desarrollo complejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede implantar los procesos omnicanal de forma mucho m\u00e1s flexible con una OMS central. La OMS conecta los procesos de los clientes con los procesos de liquidaci\u00f3n en segundo plano y controla todos los pedidos omnicanal. La OMS conoce todas las existencias (en todos los canales, como Internet, sucursales, almacenes, en tr\u00e1nsito) y los pedidos, y garantiza un proceso fluido. Decide qu\u00e9 pedido debe realizarse desde qu\u00e9 almac\u00e9n, sucursal o socio de env\u00edo directo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">Sin codificaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El cumplimiento de la promesa de entrega se automatiza y se aprovecha al m\u00e1ximo el valor a\u00f1adido real de una cadena de suministro compleja. Una vez que la OMS ha analizado el pedido recibido e implicado a los almacenes, proveedores y empresas de paqueter\u00eda \u00f3ptimos, se supervisa el proceso posterior del pedido. En cuanto este plan se ve amenazado por factores externos, como una entrega da\u00f1ada en un punto de recogida o una escasez repentina, la OMS busca y pone en marcha la siguiente mejor opci\u00f3n y mantiene informados al cliente y al minorista. Mientras tanto, si el cliente pasa por la tienda o llama al centro de llamadas, el empleado le facilitar\u00e1 inmediatamente la informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s reciente y le prestar\u00e1 el mejor servicio posible. Estas funciones de OMS se configuran de forma interactiva y se adaptan continuamente a las necesidades del momento. No es necesaria la codificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo bueno ya no es suficiente. Quienes deseen ofrecer a sus clientes una experiencia de compra omnicanal de vanguardia pueden complementar su entorno SAP existente con la gesti\u00f3n centralizada de pedidos. S\/4 da soporte a los procesos b\u00e1sicos del comercio minorista. CAR enriquece el ERP con an\u00e1lisis en tiempo casi real y gestiona los datos del punto de venta.
