Adem\u00e1s, las decisiones que afectan directamente al futuro y la carrera profesional de los empleados no deben ponerse a la ligera en manos de una \"inteligencia artificial\". Son numerosos los ejemplos negativos de proyectos fallidos de an\u00e1lisis de personas que provocaron importantes da\u00f1os de imagen. Aunque los algoritmos suelen actuar de forma m\u00e1s objetiva que los decisores humanos, el problema de la desventaja estructural en particular puede trasladarse a los sistemas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, la reticencia es lamentable, ya que los valores a\u00f1adidos de la IA ya no son mitos de consultoras y proveedores de tecnolog\u00eda. Al contrario, el valor a\u00f1adido se ha demostrado cient\u00edficamente. La investigaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica de Sinan Aral y sus colegas demostr\u00f3 ya en 2012 que el uso de la anal\u00edtica de personas est\u00e1 asociado a un mayor \u00e9xito empresarial.
