La Ley de la Cadena de Suministro (LkSG) pasa a ser obligatoria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La Ley de la Cadena de Suministro se denomina oficialmente Ley de Diligencia Debida Corporativa en las Cadenas de Suministro (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG). Esta obligaci\u00f3n legal entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 1 de enero de 2023 y en una primera fase se aplicar\u00e1 a las empresas con m\u00e1s de 3000 empleados. En 2024, la normativa se aplicar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n a las empresas con m\u00e1s de 1000 empleados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Ley de Diligencia Debida se aprob\u00f3 en junio de 2021 para regular legalmente las obligaciones de diligencia debida de las empresas. Muchas empresas se enfrentan ahora a la cuesti\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo aplicar estos nuevos requisitos legales y si ya existen est\u00e1ndares, normas o soluciones t\u00e9cnicas establecidas. <\/p>
