Los centros de datos no pueden fallar en un mundo tan digitalizado como el actual. Sin embargo, muchos de los entre 30.000 y 50.000 centros de datos, salas de servidores y armarios de servidores que hay en Alemania tienen ya sus a\u00f1os y no cumplen ni las normas de seguridad actuales ni las elevadas exigencias de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica. Por ello, muchas empresas se enfrentan a la pregunta: \u00bfnueva construcci\u00f3n o modernizaci\u00f3n? Cada vez son m\u00e1s las que optan por la renovaci\u00f3n, el refit del centro de datos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los centros de datos y las salas de servidores son componentes clave del \u00e9xito de las empresas. Sin embargo, su uso ha cambiado masivamente en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Ya sea por cambios t\u00e9cnicos (virtualizaci\u00f3n, nube, etc.), nuevas normas (DIN 50600) o nuevas exigencias y requisitos de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica (Blue Angel). Los centros de datos locales, en particular, son demasiado grandes e ineficientes para las necesidades actuales. Donde hace unos a\u00f1os hab\u00eda diez o veinte bastidores de servidores repletos, hoy hay quiz\u00e1 dos o tres y uno para la red.
