Un estudio titulado \"Los grandes y costosos problemas de software de TI\" muestra el escaso conocimiento que tienen los departamentos de TI sobre la adopci\u00f3n y el uso de aplicaciones de software por parte de los empleados. Por ejemplo, el 22% de los ejecutivos de TI encuestados afirm\u00f3 que el nivel de gasto global en software era su problema m\u00e1s acuciante, mientras que el 13% cit\u00f3 la TI en la sombra (uso por parte de los empleados de aplicaciones y servicios no aprobados).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
