Los analistas de Gartner definen que el dise\u00f1o centrado en el usuario puede ayudar a mitigar la escasez de talentos en TI. Seg\u00fan las previsiones de la empresa de investigaci\u00f3n y consultor\u00eda Gartner, el 39% de los trabajadores del conocimiento de todo el mundo trabajar\u00e1n de forma h\u00edbrida a finales de 2023, frente al 37% de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Equilibrio vida-trabajo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Los empleados de TI, por ejemplo, son m\u00e1s propensos que los de otras funciones a dejar su trabajo porque buscan m\u00e1s flexibilidad, un mejor equilibrio entre vida laboral y personal y mejores oportunidades profesionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los CIO pueden atraer y retener mejor el talento haciendo que su propuesta de valor para el empleado, el posicionamiento como empleador, sea m\u00e1s cercana a las personas. Gartner define a los empleados h\u00edbridos como aquellos que trabajan en la oficina al menos un d\u00eda a la semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
