El 85% de los profesionales de la cadena de suministro tiene previsto invertir en mejoras de la productividad durante el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Una de las principales conclusiones de la encuesta es que la tecnolog\u00eda desempe\u00f1a un papel cada vez m\u00e1s importante en la productividad a medida que contin\u00faan los retos del mercado laboral. La encuesta muestra que conseguir y mantener a las personas adecuadas en los puestos adecuados es dif\u00edcil -y cr\u00edtico- y los encuestados buscan tecnolog\u00edas intuitivas que ayuden a los trabajadores a hacer su trabajo de la forma m\u00e1s eficiente y eficaz posible. Los mayores retos de los encuestados son la escasez de mano de obra, la inflaci\u00f3n, la eficiencia de los empleados y los problemas con los proveedores. Las preocupaciones de los encuestados por la escasez de mano de obra y la capacitaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores para ser productivos fueron constantes y significativas a lo largo de todo el estudio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El tiempo necesario para formar a los empleados (52%) y la elevada rotaci\u00f3n (50%) fueron los retos m\u00e1s mencionados. Adem\u00e1s, el 41% mencion\u00f3 la necesidad de formaci\u00f3n digital. Alrededor del 85% de los encuestados tiene previsto invertir en nuevas tecnolog\u00edas o ampliar las existentes durante el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, y m\u00e1s de la mitad (53%) afirma que tiene previsto aumentar la automatizaci\u00f3n hasta en un 30%.
