Con un nuevo complejo de oficinas m\u00e1s grande en Berl\u00edn, SAP tiene en cuenta la importancia estrat\u00e9gica de la capital para la empresa. La nueva oficina ofrecer\u00e1 espacio para hasta 1.300 empleados en 13 plantas. SAP est\u00e1 invirtiendo un total de 250 millones de euros en la nueva ubicaci\u00f3n, lo que refleja los muchos a\u00f1os de crecimiento de la empresa en Berl\u00edn. Un factor decisivo en la elecci\u00f3n del emplazamiento fue, en particular, la c\u00e9ntrica ubicaci\u00f3n en la George-Stephenson-Strasse, en el coraz\u00f3n de Berl\u00edn como centro de innovaci\u00f3n, donde confluyen las decisiones pol\u00edticas, las tendencias econ\u00f3micas y el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico. El antiguo edificio de oficinas de Rosenthaler Stra\u00dfe se qued\u00f3 peque\u00f1o ante el crecimiento constante, al que contribuyeron recientemente la adquisici\u00f3n del proveedor de inteligencia de procesos empresariales Signavio o el especialista en automatizaci\u00f3n de marketing Emarsys. La antigua oficina ser\u00e1 demolida a finales de 2023, mientras que SAP sigue manteniendo su proximidad a la escena startup berlinesa a trav\u00e9s de la ubicaci\u00f3n del acelerador SAP.iO cerca de Hackescher Markt. Y el nuevo edificio tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 bien posicionado en t\u00e9rminos de sostenibilidad: El complejo de oficinas recibi\u00f3 la certificaci\u00f3n de oro del Consejo Alem\u00e1n de Construcci\u00f3n Sostenible (DGNB), y de las 190 plazas de aparcamiento disponibles, 50 est\u00e1n equipadas con columnas de recarga electr\u00f3nica. Con el nuevo edificio, tambi\u00e9n se tienen m\u00e1s en cuenta las necesidades cambiantes de los empleados. El moderno dise\u00f1o interior fomenta la vuelta a la oficina, pero tambi\u00e9n crea unas condiciones \u00f3ptimas para el innovador modelo de trabajo h\u00edbrido que SAP introdujo durante la pandemia con el nombre de \"Pledge to Flex\".<\/p>
