En total, m\u00e1s de 200 proveedores de SaaS y sus soluciones fueron valorados por sus usuarios como parte de este estudio. <\/p>

Est\u00e1 claro que los fabricantes de DMS tienen mucho \u00e9xito a la hora de adaptar sus soluciones a las necesidades de sus clientes. El 56% de los usuarios afirman que la soluci\u00f3n SaaS que utilizan se ajusta mucho o mucho a sus expectativas. Sobre todo, la accesibilidad en el escritorio y las opciones de creaci\u00f3n de documentos ponen de manifiesto esta percepci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, generan un valor a\u00f1adido claramente reconocible, por ejemplo en t\u00e9rminos de centralidad y optimizaci\u00f3n de procesos o de trazabilidad de los historiales de tramitaci\u00f3n.
