La pionera en el tema del tama\u00f1o de lote 1 es la ingenier\u00eda mec\u00e1nica y de instalaciones. Dos tercios de las empresas de este segmento ya se esfuerzan por alcanzar el nuevo nivel de personalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Estos son los resultados del \u00cdndice Alem\u00e1n de Industria 4.0, que ya se ha encuestado por tercera vez.<\/p>

No es de extra\u00f1ar que el sector de la construcci\u00f3n de maquinaria e instalaciones est\u00e9 a la cabeza.<\/p>\n

Al fin y al cabo, esta industria se caracteriza tradicionalmente por cantidades comparativamente bajas y por la personalizaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan los requisitos del cliente. La Industria 4.0 lleva este principio a un nivel completamente nuevo.<\/p>\n

Un ejemplo actual como el del fabricante de m\u00e1quinas herramienta Trumpf muestra que el tama\u00f1o de lote 1 ya es una realidad gracias a la transformaci\u00f3n digital: desde la configuraci\u00f3n del cliente en el front end electr\u00f3nico hasta la entrega de una herramienta de punzonado individual acabada.<\/p>\n

Otros sectores, como el el\u00e9ctrico, tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1n poniendo al d\u00eda. Por mucho \u00e9xito que tengan algunas empresas con el tama\u00f1o de lote 1, a muchas a\u00fan les queda un duro camino por recorrer.<\/p>\n

Los conceptos de la Industria 4.0 solo despliegan todo su potencial cuando se incluye toda la cadena de valor. Un efecto secundario de la transformaci\u00f3n digital: las ubicaciones con salarios elevados podr\u00edan volver a ser m\u00e1s atractivas.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan los participantes en el estudio, dentro de diez a\u00f1os los seres humanos s\u00f3lo representar\u00e1n el 40% de la creaci\u00f3n de valor, lo que significa que las m\u00e1quinas pronto representar\u00e1n la mayor\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Debido a la disminuci\u00f3n de la proporci\u00f3n de los costes laborales en los costes totales, las empresas podr\u00edan redescubrir Alemania como lugar de producci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n en el contexto de cadenas de suministro locales y \u00e1giles.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo cree el 78% de los encuestados para el \u00cdndice Alem\u00e1n de Industria 4.0. A pesar de una mayor automatizaci\u00f3n y de m\u00e1quinas cada vez m\u00e1s aut\u00f3nomas, la industria no podr\u00e1 funcionar sin personas en el futuro.
