Allgeier, proveedor de soluciones de software y servicios inform\u00e1ticos, se har\u00e1 cargo de las relaciones con los clientes y otros activos de las empresas alemanas del Grupo Ciber tras la presentaci\u00f3n con \u00e9xito de la declaraci\u00f3n de insolvencia.<\/p>\n

Allgeier y el administrador concursal designado para Ciber, Hans-Gerd Jauch, han llegado a un acuerdo al respecto. La absorci\u00f3n de los contratos y activos por parte de Allgeier tendr\u00e1 lugar con efectos econ\u00f3micos a partir de la fecha de la resoluci\u00f3n de apertura del concurso, el 7 de abril de 2017.<\/p>

En un principio, Allgeier y Ciber hab\u00edan concluido un acuerdo de compra de las empresas alemanas de Ciber a principios de febrero, pero no pudo llevarse a cabo debido a la solicitud de insolvencia.<\/p>\n
