de licencia optimizados"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Con efecto retroactivo al 1 de enero de 2016, se fusionar\u00e1n la filial de la USU SecurIntegration, con sede en Colonia, y Aspera, tambi\u00e9n una empresa de la USU con sede en Aquisgr\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Con la fusi\u00f3n jur\u00eddica mediante la inscripci\u00f3n en el registro mercantil, se completa la fusi\u00f3n operativa de las dos
