Para los especialistas en tecnolog\u00eda, el equipo es, con diferencia, la raz\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante para permanecer con un empleador o cliente. As\u00ed se desprende del \u00faltimo informe sobre el mercado laboral elaborado por Dice, el portal de empleo en l\u00ednea para profesiones tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n

Se encuest\u00f3 a 323 especialistas en tecnolog\u00eda de Alemania. Los resultados muestran que, tanto entre los empleados como entre los aut\u00f3nomos, la disposici\u00f3n a cambiar de trabajo o de proyecto ha disminuido en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>

Cuando un cambio es inminente, lo m\u00e1s importante es conseguir tareas estimulantes e interesantes y un buen salario. Por m\u00e1s dinero, muchos tambi\u00e9n se mudar\u00edan, sobre todo los empleados.<\/p>\n

No el nivel salarial, sino el equipo es el factor m\u00e1s importante para permanecer con el empleador y el cliente actuales. Esto es cierto no solo para el 43% de los asalariados, sino sorprendentemente tambi\u00e9n para el 39% de los consultores aut\u00f3nomos.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, a la hora de decidir un cambio, la remuneraci\u00f3n desempe\u00f1a un papel m\u00e1s importante para estos \u00faltimos que para los asalariados, y tambi\u00e9n es m\u00e1s probable que se marchen si la empresa del cliente evoluciona negativamente. Los asalariados, por su parte, prestan m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n a cu\u00e1nto se invierte en el departamento inform\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n

Tanto menos asalariados como menos consultores aut\u00f3nomos quieren cambiar de trabajo en los pr\u00f3ximos seis meses: Mientras que el a\u00f1o pasado el 36% de los asalariados y el 74% de los aut\u00f3nomos ten\u00edan previsto cambiar de puesto en un plazo de seis meses, este a\u00f1o son el 33% de los asalariados y el 64% de los consultores aut\u00f3nomos.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, el n\u00famero de aut\u00f3nomos que buscan algo nuevo inmediatamente ha aumentado del 18% al 38%. Esto puede deberse a varias razones, como el vencimiento de proyectos de varios a\u00f1os de duraci\u00f3n, una mayor insatisfacci\u00f3n con el encargo actual o tambi\u00e9n puede deberse a que muchos aut\u00f3nomos ahora solo buscan un nuevo proyecto cuando el anterior est\u00e1 a punto de terminar.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, a la hora de trasladarse, los asalariados son m\u00e1s flexibles que los aut\u00f3nomos: mientras que el 14% de los asalariados no se trasladar\u00eda por motivos profesionales, el 17% de los consultores aut\u00f3nomos s\u00ed lo har\u00eda.<\/p>\n
