Largas jornadas de trabajo y apenas tiempo libre, cortejar a los inversores, la batalla constante con la administraci\u00f3n y, por \u00faltimo pero no menos importante, la preocupaci\u00f3n de si la idea de uno acabar\u00e1 triunfando en el mercado o posiblemente ir\u00e1 a la quiebra: fundar una start-up no es una fiesta, sino un trabajo duro.<\/p>\n

No obstante, los fundadores alemanes volver\u00edan a dar el paso en cualquier momento: el 95 por ciento afirma que volver\u00eda a fundar una start-up con su experiencia actual. Este es el resultado de una encuesta encargada por la asociaci\u00f3n digital Bitkom entre m\u00e1s de 250 fundadores de start-ups en Alemania.<\/p>

8 de cada 10 fundadores (79%) recomendar\u00edan tambi\u00e9n a otros j\u00f3venes que fundaran una start-up. Al mismo tiempo, uno de cada tres fundadores (31%) afirma tener miedo de fracasar con su empresa y ser considerado un fracaso.<\/p>\n

\"Los que no llegan a la meta merecen respeto por el valor de haberse atrevido a hacer algo, y no deber\u00edan tener que preocuparse por ser estigmatizados socialmente\".<\/p>\n

M\u00e1s resultados:<\/h3>\n

Dos tercios de las start-ups (64%) crearon nuevos puestos de trabajo en 2016, y tres cuartas partes (77%) tienen previsto contratar m\u00e1s empleados en el a\u00f1o en curso. De media, cada start-up alemana emplea actualmente a 18 personas. Hace un a\u00f1o, solo eran 15 empleados.<\/p>\n

M\u00e1s de una de cada dos empresas emergentes (53%) no ha podido cubrir un puesto por falta de candidatos adecuados. Los desarrolladores, en particular, suelen estar muy solicitados.<\/p>\n

7 de cada 10 empresas de nueva creaci\u00f3n necesitan capital fresco para los pr\u00f3ximos dos a\u00f1os, una media de 2,5 millones de euros. Sin embargo, una gran mayor\u00eda (85%) conf\u00eda en poder reunir el capital.<\/p>\n

S\u00f3lo el 14 por ciento de las empresas de nueva creaci\u00f3n considera concebible una salida a bolsa en el futuro, el 14 por ciento la descarta en principio. Para dos tercios (65%), salir a bolsa no es actualmente un problema.<\/p>\n

M\u00e1s de la mitad de los fundadores (55%) afirman que la situaci\u00f3n de su propia start-up ha mejorado en los dos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, s\u00f3lo el 5% ve un empeoramiento. Alrededor de 9 de cada 10 start-ups (88%) est\u00e1n satisfechas con su ubicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

M\u00e1s de dos tercios (68%) de los fundadores volver\u00edan a fundar su start-up en Alemania, frente a solo el 44% hace un a\u00f1o. Al mismo tiempo, tras la toma de posesi\u00f3n del presidente estadounidense Donald Trump, los Estados Unidos resultan cada vez menos atractivos para los fundadores alemanes: mientras que en 2016 al 32 % le habr\u00eda gustado volver a fundar su start-up en los Estados Unidos, hoy solo lo har\u00eda el 15 %.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
