Microsoft tiene una de las cadenas log\u00edsticas m\u00e1s complejas de todas. Para mantenerla en funcionamiento y garantizar el suministro constante de sus productos, la empresa est\u00e1 adoptando ahora un enfoque completamente nuevo.<\/p>\n

Junto con SAP Ariba e Intrigo Systems, Microsoft pretende crear una plataforma escalable y contempor\u00e1nea sobre la que fabricar de forma eficiente y rentable productos tan populares como la Xbox y Surface.<\/p>

Se cubren todos los aspectos importantes de la planificaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de la cadena log\u00edstica, como el acceso compartido a las previsiones de producci\u00f3n, los pedidos, los datos de calidad e inventario, la detecci\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n tempranas de cuellos de botella inminentes en el suministro y la incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevos proveedores.<\/p>\n

Los primeros resultados positivos ya son visibles. Desde que adopt\u00f3 las soluciones Ariba con soporte, Microsoft ha podido implantar la planificaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n entre etapas con fabricantes y proveedores contratados, reducir el proceso de conciliaci\u00f3n con sus proveedores de tres d\u00edas a 30 minutos, reducir el tiempo de incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevos proveedores de cuatro meses a cuatro d\u00edas, estandarizar el compromiso de los proveedores mediante B2B, archivos planos sencillos y una interfaz de usuario basada en web.<\/p>\n
