Alemania ofrece leyes eficaces de protecci\u00f3n del comercio electr\u00f3nico y ciberseguridad, as\u00ed como un buen apoyo a las normas internacionales y la interoperabilidad, seg\u00fan el Global Cloud Computing Scorecard 2018.<\/p>\n

El estudio analiz\u00f3 los distintos pa\u00edses en funci\u00f3n de su idoneidad para el \u00e9xito de la difusi\u00f3n y el crecimiento de los servicios de computaci\u00f3n en nube.<\/p>

Con su metodolog\u00eda revisada, el estudio actual muestra a\u00fan m\u00e1s claramente qu\u00e9 medidas pol\u00edticas han apoyado el crecimiento exponencial de la computaci\u00f3n en nube en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

En particular, los \u00e1mbitos de la protecci\u00f3n de datos, la legislaci\u00f3n sobre ciberseguridad y la infraestructura de banda ancha recibieron a\u00fan m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n. A Alemania le siguen Jap\u00f3n y Estados Unidos por un peque\u00f1o margen.<\/p>\n

El \u00faltimo campo est\u00e1 formado por un peque\u00f1o grupo de pa\u00edses que adoptan un enfoque puramente nacional: Rusia, China, Indonesia y Vietnam. En muchos pa\u00edses se est\u00e1 modernizando y perfeccionando la legislaci\u00f3n sobre protecci\u00f3n de datos. Esto afecta sobre todo a los flujos transfronterizos de datos.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, algunos pa\u00edses a\u00fan no disponen de leyes adecuadas de protecci\u00f3n de datos. Los pa\u00edses emergentes est\u00e1n retrasando la adopci\u00f3n de leyes favorables a la nube y obstaculizando su crecimiento.<\/p>\n

Algunos ejemplos son las normativas que imponen importantes restricciones a los proveedores de servicios en la nube, como la obligaci\u00f3n de almacenar los datos localmente. La falta de medidas de ciberprotecci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n tiene un impacto negativo.<\/p>\n
