Un servicio r\u00e1pido, completo y orientado a las soluciones desempe\u00f1a un papel importante en Arburg, fabricante mundial de maquinaria para el procesamiento de pl\u00e1sticos. A mediados de 2016, los t\u00e9cnicos de servicio de Arburg en pa\u00edses con filiales m\u00e1s grandes ya utilizaban una soluci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil para sus tareas in situ.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, como no era compatible con iOS y ten\u00eda tiempos de carga muy largos, Arburg decidi\u00f3 sustituirla o introducir la aplicaci\u00f3n de servicio multiplataforma CrossMIP de MobileX en todo el mundo. Esto permite a los t\u00e9cnicos de servicio actualizar su estado de forma r\u00e1pida y sencilla durante el d\u00eda sin tener que arrancar su ordenador port\u00e1til.<\/p>

Utilizan la soluci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil MIP for Field Service en su ordenador port\u00e1til para crear documentos m\u00e1s largos, como informes de servicio. Los encargados de Arburg planifican ahora la puesta en servicio, las conversiones y las reparaciones en forma de visitas diarias y semanales para los t\u00e9cnicos de servicio en MobileX-Dispatch. Disponen de varias vistas en forma de listas, diagramas de Gantt o mapas.<\/p>\n

El proyecto se puso en marcha en Arburg a finales de septiembre de 2016, siendo Polonia el primer pa\u00eds en entrar en funcionamiento con CrossMIP a mediados de noviembre, seguido de la migraci\u00f3n en Suiza en diciembre. En julio, un total de 232 t\u00e9cnicos de servicio recibieron gradualmente las soluciones m\u00f3viles y 57 expedidores recibieron mobileX-Dispatch en 18 sucursales de Europa, Asia y Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n

La integraci\u00f3n en el sistema de servicios SAP CRM existente se realiz\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de servicios web. El hecho de que las soluciones m\u00f3viles ayudaran a los t\u00e9cnicos de servicio en todas las plataformas era de vital importancia para la empresa.<\/p>\n
