Alegri lleva asesorando sobre SAP en Azure desde 2015. En primer lugar, hay que tener en cuenta algunas condiciones l\u00edmite: \u00bfQu\u00e9 se entiende por nube? La base de la planificaci\u00f3n es una visi\u00f3n general del sistema y los servicios. A continuaci\u00f3n se ajusta el panorama t\u00e9cnico y se actualiza el cat\u00e1logo de servicios. Hasta el 25% de los sistemas pueden suprimirse aqu\u00ed.<\/p>

Ahora viene la planificaci\u00f3n del cambio: dependiendo del alcance, tienen sentido varias fases. \u00c9stas suelen solaparse, por lo que es necesaria una gesti\u00f3n rigurosa del programa. Una de las primeras fases es la PdC, en la que se comprueban las condiciones l\u00edmite y los supuestos t\u00e9cnicos y organizativos.<\/p>\n

Aqu\u00ed tambi\u00e9n se llevan a cabo pruebas de carga y de regresi\u00f3n, que se validan en caso necesario. No hay que subestimar los cambios organizativos: Cambios en los perfiles de trabajo, los requisitos y los conocimientos necesarios.
