Acogemos con gran satisfacci\u00f3n el hecho de que el Gobierno Federal vaya a centrar la financiaci\u00f3n federal de la investigaci\u00f3n en las tecnolog\u00edas clave estrat\u00e9gicas mencionadas en el acuerdo de coalici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Alemania y Europa necesitan competencias propias en \u00e1mbitos como la ciberseguridad, la inteligencia artificial, el blockchain o la impresi\u00f3n 3D. Necesitamos mantener y, en parte, recuperar nuestra soberan\u00eda digital.<\/p>

La soberan\u00eda digital no s\u00f3lo significa que utilizamos las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas con confianza, sino tambi\u00e9n que podemos integrarlas en sistemas m\u00e1s amplios, protegerlas y, en \u00e1mbitos especialmente cr\u00edticos, desarrollarlas y producirlas nosotros mismos.<\/p>\n

Una excesiva dependencia tecnol\u00f3gica tendr\u00eda graves consecuencias para nuestra econom\u00eda, pero tambi\u00e9n para nuestra capacidad de actuaci\u00f3n en pol\u00edtica exterior. La Estrategia de Alta Tecnolog\u00eda puede y debe contrarrestarlo.<\/p>\n

Apartarse del principio de la regadera<\/h3>\n

Para lograrlo, debemos abandonar el enfoque disperso y concentrar muchos m\u00e1s fondos en las tecnolog\u00edas digitales. Uno de cada dos euros de investigaci\u00f3n debe destinarse a la investigaci\u00f3n digital. Sin embargo, hay que destinar mucho m\u00e1s dinero que en a\u00f1os anteriores.<\/p>\n

De 2005 a 2016, el gasto p\u00fablico en investigaci\u00f3n sobre las TIC en la Rep\u00fablica Federal de Alemania apenas aument\u00f3 en t\u00e9rminos absolutos, y en t\u00e9rminos relativos, es decir, en comparaci\u00f3n con el gasto en investigaci\u00f3n en su conjunto, en realidad disminuy\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Con graves consecuencias: En muchos campos de las TIC, Alemania ha perdido gradualmente su conexi\u00f3n internacional y, por ejemplo, se ha jugado negligentemente su antiguo liderazgo tecnol\u00f3gico en tecnolog\u00eda de las comunicaciones.<\/p>\n

Hasta 2017 no se detuvo por fin esta peligrosa tendencia y el gasto alem\u00e1n volvi\u00f3 a aumentar significativamente por primera vez. Esto era urgentemente necesario.<\/p>\n

Implicar m\u00e1s a la econom\u00eda<\/h3>\n

Para garantizar que la financiaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de la investigaci\u00f3n garantice y desarrolle realmente las competencias digitales en Alemania, la comunidad empresarial tambi\u00e9n debe implicarse m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n

Es la \u00fanica manera de garantizar que los resultados de la investigaci\u00f3n obtenidos sean muy pertinentes para la pr\u00e1ctica y se exploten realmente desde el punto de vista comercial.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
