Solo una cuarta parte (24 %) de las empresas alemanas ha aplicado plenamente el RGPD. Otro 40 % ha aplicado las normas en su mayor parte, y tres de cada diez (30 %) parcialmente.<\/p>\n

El 5% de las empresas acaban de empezar con los ajustes. Este es el resultado de una encuesta representativa presentada por la asociaci\u00f3n digital Bitkom en su Conferencia sobre Privacidad.<\/p>

En una encuesta anterior de Bitkom en mayo de 2018, el 24 por ciento de las empresas ya hab\u00edan dado la autoevaluaci\u00f3n de que ser\u00edan totalmente compatibles con la DSGVO al final del per\u00edodo de implementaci\u00f3n el 25 de mayo de 2018.<\/p>\n

La gran mayor\u00eda de las empresas se quejan de un aumento de los costes debido al RGPD en las operaciones cotidianas. Ocho de cada diez empresas (78 %) as\u00ed lo se\u00f1alan, el 45 % de las cuales informan de un aumento significativo de los costes.<\/p>\n

En mayo de 2018, solo el 58% de las empresas lleg\u00f3 a esta valoraci\u00f3n. Solo una de cada cinco empresas encuestadas (19%) espera que el gasto en operaciones en curso se mantenga igual, frente al 34% de cuatro meses antes.<\/p>\n
