Este es el resultado de una encuesta representativa encargada por la asociaci\u00f3n digital Bitkom entre 855 responsables de RRHH de empresas con tres o m\u00e1s empleados en Alemania.<\/p>\n

Por ejemplo, el 89% de los encuestados afirma que siempre organiza entrevistas personales con los candidatos in situ. Por el contrario, s\u00f3lo el 6% recurre siempre a entrevistas telef\u00f3nicas con los candidatos, mientras que el 42% no las utiliza en absoluto.<\/p>

Las videollamadas se utilizan incluso con menos frecuencia, por ejemplo a trav\u00e9s de Skype. Ning\u00fan responsable de RRHH las utiliza siempre, el 81% nunca recurre a las videollamadas, aunque a menudo es la mejor opci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Con una breve videollamada, puede hacerse una primera idea de su interlocutor r\u00e1pidamente y con poco esfuerzo. Ambas partes se benefician de ello: El reclutador puede completar sus impresiones sobre el candidato, el aspirante tiene la oportunidad de presentarse m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los documentos escritos.<\/p>\n
