Compran predominantemente en l\u00ednea y trasladan sus experiencias personales del sector B2C a la experiencia de compra en el trabajo. Para las empresas, esto significa que tienen que dise\u00f1ar la experiencia del cliente en consecuencia para seguir siendo competitivas.<\/p>\n<h3>B2B mucho m\u00e1s complejo que B2C<\/h3>\n<p>Las compras B2B y B2C se motivan de maneras fundamentalmente distintas. Mientras que el cliente B2C se inspira en su customer journey, fuertemente basado en las emociones, y luego hace el pedido por iniciativa propia, el comprador B2B no decide el \"si\", sino solo el \"d\u00f3nde\".<\/p>\n<p>Compra en funci\u00f3n de un pedido concreto que debe cumplir lo antes posible. La mayor parte de las compras en B2B son reaprovisionamientos. Las compras impulsivas tienden a ser nulas.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, los proveedores B2B se enfrentan a multitud de retos basados en la complejidad del sector B2B: pedidos parciales, sistemas de descuento complejos, pedidos repetidos y datos en tiempo real son s\u00f3lo algunos de ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Los compradores del ma\u00f1ana ya no esperan un cat\u00e1logo cl\u00e1sico, sino funciones de b\u00fasqueda, detalles de los productos a la carta y datos en tiempo real. Sin embargo, la experiencia de compra de una m\u00e1quina con 20 opciones de configuraci\u00f3n es mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de implementar que la de la compra de jumpers o juegos de ordenador.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, las empresas B2B no s\u00f3lo deben apelar a las emociones de los compradores, sino tambi\u00e9n ofrecer una soluci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica y c\u00f3moda. Por tanto, tanto en el sector B2C como en el B2B se demandan soluciones que mejoren la experiencia de compra.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo demuestra tambi\u00e9n la actual adquisici\u00f3n de SAP: a principios de noviembre se anunci\u00f3 la compra de Qualtrics, pionera en software de gesti\u00f3n de experiencias.<\/p>\n<p>Especialmente en el sector B2B, muchas empresas a\u00fan no han agotado las oportunidades que les ofrece Internet. Empresas revolucionarias como Amazon B2B o Alibaba se centran constantemente en la experiencia del cliente en sus soluciones B2B y desplazan as\u00ed a actores ya establecidos. Estos mercados B2B abren oportunidades para que las empresas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as, en particular, aumenten su alcance en l\u00ednea y lleguen a nuevos clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, las primeras grandes empresas, como Siemens Mobility, ya han reconocido lo importante que es la experiencia de compra tambi\u00e9n en el sector B2B. Con Easy Spares Marketplace, un mercado B2B para la venta de piezas de repuesto para trenes, Siemens quiere simplificar la adquisici\u00f3n de piezas de repuesto para los clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Bitsch, Director de eBusiness en Siemens Mobility Customer Services, explica el concepto:<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Todos los que estamos en B2B somos tambi\u00e9n clientes B2C y sabemos lo r\u00e1pido y f\u00e1cil que puede ser comprar. Trasladar esta experiencia al B2B era una de nuestras principales preocupaciones.\"<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfB2B igual a B2C?<\/h3>\n<p>A pesar de las diferencias, existe un denominador com\u00fan para B2B y B2C: el comprador.
