En primer lugar, el departamento de ventas debe saber cu\u00e1les son sus objetivos: \u00bfAumentar las ventas con los clientes actuales? \u00bfGanar nuevos clientes? \u00bfO abrir nuevos mercados geogr\u00e1ficos? En segundo lugar, una vez definidos los objetivos, hay que seleccionar los KPI adecuados. La regla general es: menos es m\u00e1s. Y en tercer lugar, los KPI deben generarse en tiempo real y visualizarse de forma que la direcci\u00f3n de ventas pueda comprenderlos de un vistazo. Esto comienza con la elaboraci\u00f3n y priorizaci\u00f3n de los objetivos en talleres junto con los responsables de la direcci\u00f3n, el control y la gesti\u00f3n de ventas, posiblemente tambi\u00e9n con el personal de ventas. Es importante formular estos objetivos \"SMART\". S\" significa Specific (espec\u00edfico), \"M\" Measurable (medible), \"A\" Attractive (atractivo), \"R\" Reasonable (razonable) y \"T\" Time Bound (limitado en el tiempo). Los KPI garantizan la mensurabilidad. En concreto, podr\u00eda ser as\u00ed, por ejemplo: El volumen de negocio con los clientes existentes en Alemania debe aumentar un 7,5% del 1 de enero de 2020 al 31 de diciembre de 2020. En este caso, el \"crecimiento porcentual de la facturaci\u00f3n\" es el KPI, y el 7,5% el valor objetivo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, no siempre es tan evidente. Al entrar en un nuevo mercado, por ejemplo, hay que considerar primero qu\u00e9 factores indican progreso. \u00bfEs el n\u00famero de socios colaboradores, el n\u00famero de sucursales abiertas, el n\u00famero de nuevos clientes, la facturaci\u00f3n en euros o la cuota de mercado en porcentaje? Tambi\u00e9n debatimos estas cuestiones en los talleres.<\/p>\n<h3>Cuadro de mandos de KPI individual basado en las normas SAP<\/h3>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la definici\u00f3n de objetivos, KPI y valores objetivo para un periodo de tiempo definido, tambi\u00e9n hay que establecer una herramienta con la que se pueda registrar r\u00e1pidamente el estado real y compararlo con el estado objetivo. Las tablas de Excel, habituales en el control durante mucho tiempo, no sirven para esto, porque no son capaces de trabajar en tiempo real y tampoco ofrecen una visualizaci\u00f3n adecuada.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los requisitos para un control eficaz en las ventas est\u00e1n cubiertos por un cuadro de mando, que forma parte de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camelot-itlab.com\/de\/leistungen\/beratungsexzellenz\/sap-c-4hana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SAP C\/4HANA<\/a> y accede a los datos all\u00ed almacenados. La mayor\u00eda de los KPI de ventas t\u00edpicos ya est\u00e1n asignados a este cuadro de mandos de ventas en la versi\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar. Sin embargo, el cuadro de mandos tambi\u00e9n puede adaptarse a las necesidades individuales.
