Es bien sabido que el mundo minorista ya no puede imaginarse sin el canal en l\u00ednea. Sin embargo, el estudio \"Cross-Channel im Umbruch - Das Informations- und Kaufverhalten der Konsumenten Vol. 7\", elaborado por ECC K\u00f6ln e Hybris, muestra hasta qu\u00e9 punto el comportamiento de compra a trav\u00e9s de varios canales es realmente pronunciado entre los consumidores.<\/p>\n

Casi dos tercios de los internautas alemanes son compradores selectivos que compran tanto en Internet como en tiendas f\u00edsicas. Solo a algo menos del 8% de los encuestados para el estudio no les gusta comprar por Internet.<\/p>

En todos los grupos de productos, casi el 40% de las compras en tiendas f\u00edsicas se preparan buscando informaci\u00f3n en tiendas online. Esto significa que el n\u00famero de compras multicanal ha vuelto a aumentar.<\/p>\n

Para los nativos inteligentes en particular, Internet es la sala de exposici\u00f3n por excelencia: m\u00e1s de la mitad de las compras realizadas por j\u00f3venes de 20 a 25 a\u00f1os se preparan en tiendas en l\u00ednea. En cambio, el robo de consejos apenas parece ser ya un problema: solo una de cada diez compras en l\u00ednea se realiza en una tienda de ladrillo.<\/p>\n
