Las interacciones que las personas experimentan con una empresa deben registrarse mediante XM para poder predecir problemas, prevenirlos proactivamente y deducir posibilidades de mejora. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La idea es dejar la evaluaci\u00f3n de estas interacciones en manos del cliente, pregunt\u00e1ndole su opini\u00f3n, sus sentimientos -de hecho, su experiencia personal- con respecto a \/><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto contrasta con el enfoque que suelen adoptar las empresas para sacar ellas mismas estas conclusiones. Cuando las empresas hablan de medir la experiencia del cliente, suelen referirse a recopilar datos sobre acciones completadas por los clientes, crear m\u00e9tricas y, a continuaci\u00f3n, extraer conclusiones sobre la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente a partir de estas m\u00e9tricas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El peligro es que las conclusiones no sean correctas y, en consecuencia, se deriven medidas equivocadas e inversiones que no conduzcan a los resultados deseados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En principio, s\u00f3lo el propio cliente puede proporcionar una declaraci\u00f3n fiable sobre su satisfacci\u00f3n y los motivos de la misma. Qualtrics quiere dar esta voz al cliente y poner los datos a disposici\u00f3n de las empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este punto, es importante mencionar que Qualtrics no s\u00f3lo ofrece soluciones para el \u00e1rea de experiencia del cliente. Es una plataforma XM, ya que re\u00fane las cuatro \u00e1reas de experiencia relevantes: Experiencia del Cliente, Experiencia del Empleado, Experiencia del Producto y Experiencia de Marca. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es obvio considerar la funcionalidad de Qualtrics en el \u00e1mbito de la experiencia del cliente como un complemento de la suite C\/4 Hana. Pero la interacci\u00f3n con otras soluciones SAP tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 importante aqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer esto m\u00e1s comprensible, es necesario incluir los t\u00e9rminos X-data y O-data. La interacci\u00f3n de estos datos se ha puesto de relieve desde que SAP compr\u00f3 Qualtrics y se valora como motor de la Econom\u00eda de la Experiencia. O-data se refiere a los datos operativos, hist\u00f3ricos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proporcionan informaci\u00f3n en hechos sobre las acciones de los clientes. Los datos O constituyen la base de los ratios operativos. Los datos X son los llamados \"datos de experiencia\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto significa que si los datos O muestran lo que ha ocurrido, los datos X explican por qu\u00e9 ha ocurrido. Los datos X describen creencias, emociones e intenciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La idea que subyace al valor a\u00f1adido a trav\u00e9s de la fusi\u00f3n de las soluciones SAP establecidas y Qualtrics se basa precisamente en la fusi\u00f3n de estos datos X y O. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los datos O proceden de las aplicaciones empresariales de SAP, como los sistemas de ventas, finanzas, log\u00edstica o similares. Los datos X pueden ser recopilados y analizados por Qualtrics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre que la cooperaci\u00f3n entre los sistemas y el intercambio de datos funcionen, la fusi\u00f3n y el an\u00e1lisis conjunto de los datos X y O pueden descubrir correlaciones hasta ahora desconocidas y la empresa tiene la oportunidad de saber realmente c\u00f3mo act\u00faan sus clientes y por qu\u00e9 act\u00faan como lo hacen. En consecuencia, pueden derivarse medidas espec\u00edficas para aumentar la satisfacci\u00f3n de los clientes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, el reto aqu\u00ed no est\u00e1 s\u00f3lo en la implementaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, sino tambi\u00e9n en definir los casos de uso adecuados e interiorizar que la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente es el resultado de la experiencia del cliente y que la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente tiene una influencia directa y decisiva en los resultados y la rentabilidad de una empresa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualtrics, junto con otras soluciones de SAP, proporciona las herramientas adecuadas para hacer que esta correlaci\u00f3n sea medible y, por tanto, optimizable, de una forma que antes no era posible sin Qualtrics en la cartera de SAP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque muchos clientes se muestren esc\u00e9pticos y la gesti\u00f3n de la experiencia suene a veces como una nueva edici\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n de las relaciones con los clientes, Qualtrics puede hacer
