Seg\u00fan una encuesta de la asociaci\u00f3n digital Bitkom, ni siquiera una de cada cinco empresas (19%) afirma haber nombrado a un responsable de digitalizaci\u00f3n o CDO. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se trata de un ligero aumento con respecto al a\u00f1o anterior (15%), pero las peque\u00f1as empresas en particular siguen siendo muy reacias. <\/p>

\"La digitalizaci\u00f3n no es s\u00f3lo una cuesti\u00f3n de software y hardware, sino sobre todo de ideas y estrategias. Una responsabilidad clara y la concentraci\u00f3n de conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos son importantes, especialmente para las medianas empresas\".<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Todos hacen bien en centrarse sistem\u00e1ticamente en la digitalizaci\u00f3n en la actual crisis corona\". <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En cuatro de cada diez casos (43%), las empresas con un responsable de digitalizaci\u00f3n o CDO han situado la funci\u00f3n a nivel directivo o ejecutivo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con mayor frecuencia a\u00fan (50%), la funci\u00f3n se estableci\u00f3 en el nivel directamente inferior al consejo de administraci\u00f3n o la direcci\u00f3n. S\u00f3lo en el cinco por ciento de los casos, el CDO forma parte de los mandos intermedios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Es importante que el CDO est\u00e9 dotado de los recursos necesarios y cuente con el respaldo de la direcci\u00f3n. Al CDO no solo se le debe permitir pensar de forma disruptiva, sino tambi\u00e9n ser capaz de actuar.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
