\"La ampliaci\u00f3n de la innovaci\u00f3n debe tratarse como una disciplina separada dentro del proceso de innovaci\u00f3n porque es fundamentalmente diferente. Tiene sus propios retos y normalmente se sit\u00faa en un \u00e1rea de negocio de una empresa que est\u00e1 completamente separada de la ideaci\u00f3n. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tratando la ampliaci\u00f3n como una disciplina espec\u00edfica y \u00fanica, estableciendo la gobernanza adecuada y creando una cultura dispuesta a tomar decisiones dif\u00edciles para ampliar la innovaci\u00f3n, las empresas pueden hacerlo con una rapidez y seguridad que los competidores luchan por igualar.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La innovaci\u00f3n y su ampliaci\u00f3n con \u00e9xito son dos funciones diferentes que a menudo requieren actitudes y aptitudes distintas. Sin embargo, pocas empresas distinguen entre la fase inicial de la generaci\u00f3n de innovaci\u00f3n y la fase final de su ampliaci\u00f3n.
