Mientras que el mercado de consultor\u00eda inform\u00e1tica y servicios de personal\/arrendamiento de personal se ha reducido considerablemente, los servicios relacionados con la nube casi han mantenido el impulso de crecimiento del periodo anterior a la crisis. Por un lado, la crisis ha creado una enorme presi\u00f3n de costes en muchas industrias; por otro, ha impulsado a muchas empresas a acelerar su transformaci\u00f3n digital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los temas de crecimiento siguen siendo m\u00e1s o menos los mismos. Los motores m\u00e1s potentes del crecimiento y el cambio siguen siendo la transformaci\u00f3n en la nube, as\u00ed como la anal\u00edtica, la IA (inteligencia artificial) y la automatizaci\u00f3n, con el apoyo de modelos \u00e1giles y DevOps. Estas palancas desempe\u00f1an un papel clave en la transformaci\u00f3n digital. <\/p>

En general, se espera una recuperaci\u00f3n significativa en 2021, partiendo de un nivel comparativo bajo. A nivel mundial, cabe esperar una tasa de crecimiento similar a la de 2019 tanto para el software como para los servicios de TI, aunque habr\u00e1 diferencias significativas entre los segmentos (productos y servicios, industrias, temas, pa\u00edses y regiones) como en 2020. La nube sigue siendo el motor de crecimiento m\u00e1s importante. Excluyendo IaaS\/PaaS p\u00fablica, se puede esperar que el mercado de servicios de TI crezca un 3,2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
