Leap into digitization
Focusing on customer value: Pit-Cup and Ceyoniq announce the expansion of their long-standing partnership.
In the future, Ceyoniq's digital information management solution, nscale, and pitFM, the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, will be even more closely linked. Pit-Cup has already been relying on the information and document management system nscale for several years. Now, a joint solution concept has been developed to better dovetail the products and solutions of both companies in the future. The objective is an optimized product for the users. The existing interface between the two systems is to be expanded in the future into an end-to-end process without media breaks in the Pit-Cup ecosystem.
This saves time, protects budgets and ensures data security. "For us, partnerships are an essential and elementary building block for making a contribution to digitization in public administration as well as in companies. However, bare technology is not always sufficient for this. Rather, the corresponding industry expertise is of ever greater importance. You have to understand the customer's language and be able to speak it yourself. Therefore, we are pleased to have a partner with manifested industry knowledge at our side," says Christian Hanisch, Head of Business Development at Ceyoniq.

xSuite continues growth course with new shareholder
xSuite has been able to win over a new investor.
New on board is the 3i Group (3i), an international investment manager that supports medium-sized companies in their internationalization and development of new markets. In parallel, the previous owners are reinvesting in the company as minority shareholders. They are funds advised by Pinova and xSuite's management team. The company has a growing customer base of more than 1200 companies in over 60 countries. 3i's investment will enable xSuite to accelerate its planned North American growth trajectory and become a leader in the US.
The entry of 3i does not result in any changes at management level. Matthias Lemenkühler, Richard Nagorny, Andreas Nowottka and Thomas Radestock will continue to manage xSuite as usual. In order to continue the previous growth course, xSuite is currently increasingly looking for new employees for various business areas and will also be supported by 3i in the future.
