Strategic relevance
On the one hand, software forms the foundation for the digitalization of business processes and thus the basis for competitiveness. On the other hand, there is an increasing shortage of qualified IT staff. A toxic mix for which companies are desperately searching for a solution.
It is no coincidence that the outstanding advantages of low-code are being recognized again today. Low-code platforms represent a promising way out of this dilemma. They enable
This enables employees in the specialist departments to develop automation solutions themselves if IT is unable to provide support due to limited capacities. And who better to do this than someone who understands the business?
According to a recent study by CIO, CSO and Computerwoche, around a third of the companies surveyed are already using two or three low-code platforms. And the market is set to grow further. The CIO study sees one of the most important areas of application for low-code platforms in the ERP sector with a share of 31%. Interestingly, while 80 percent of the IT managers surveyed at board level are satisfied with the results of their low-code projects, only 45 percent of the function holders from the specialist departments are. The authors of the study interpret this as a sign that the requirements of the specialist departments differ fundamentally from those of the IT managers. In the ERP area, low-code
Code platforms only reach their full potential for companies if they fully support all business aspects. The IT landscape is often a piecemeal affair. The strength of the Tangro platform, on the other hand, lies in its comprehensive range of services. It can be used as a low-code platform for all SAP applications and, as a cloud solution, requires no integration or additional IT infrastructure.

Agility and collaboration
The Tangro platform also reflects decades of business experience. It is not only the technical implementation, but above all the in-depth understanding of the commercial aspects of an application in the ERP environment that makes the Tangro platform so valuable. We take a close look at which components are needed to achieve the desired results. In addition, the focus is on processing data and modeling processes by combining reusable modules. Last but not least, not only individual building blocks but also entire processes can be reused in applications.
Efficient process automation
The performance of the Tangro platform is reflected in powerful applications. For example, in an ERP system for internal use, which now comprises over 200 transactions and was initially developed by just one employee - who was not involved in IT. But above all in the Tangro Inbound Suite, a holistic end-to-end solution for the digitalization of document processes in SAP ERP/ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4 Hana. The development of individual solutions, such as for the automated processing of order confirmations or for posting shipping notifications in ERP and S/4, took just two and three weeks respectively.
