Porsche increases stake in MHP
Porsche AG will gradually acquire all shares in MHP by January 2024. In doing so, the previous majority owner intends to consistently exploit the growth potential of the management and IT consultancy MHP. To date, Ralf Hofmann, co-founder, shareholder and CEO, holds 18.2 percent of the shares. Hofmann will continue to head MHP as CEO. With the new set-up, MHP is to continue to grow globally in terms of size, customer structure and portfolio, in particular faster and outside the group. "With our Strategy 2030, we have set ourselves ambitious goals. In order to achieve these, the transfer of the shares to Porsche AG is a necessary step," says Ralf Hofmann. "The ambition to harness technology for the transformation to a better tomorrow is what drives us. We want to play an even greater role - as a company and as part of society."
AI and enterprise architecture: LeanIX cooperates with Microsoft
LeanIX, a platform for continuous transformation of corporate IT and product IT, has partnered with Microsoft to bring LeanIX AI Assistant to market. To do so, LeanIX leverages the Microsoft Azure OpenAI service, making LeanIX EAM one of the first solutions to apply the power of generative artificial intelligence to the discipline of enterprise architecture management.
This means a change in the way companies work with EA data. Maintaining an up-to-date application portfolio - with relevant and detailed information about all applications in the inventory - often requires countless hours of research and manual data entry. The time wasted on this reduces team efficiency and slows down innovation and continuous optimization of the IT landscape. Using AI to automate these activities frees up resources for strategic initiatives that impact the business.
