Syntax and Beyond Technologies Officially Join Forces
Syntax, IT service provider and managed cloud provider, and Beyond Technologies, headquartered in Montreal, announce the successful completion of their acquisition transaction. The announced deal now makes Beyond part of the Syntax family. The Canadian professional services provider Beyond specializes in the integration of SAP solutions and business performance optimization. The combination of Syntax and Beyond increases Syntax's global team strength to over 2,800 employees serving more than 900 mid-sized and large companies worldwide from a total of 26 locations in North and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia.
