xSuite presents new invoicing platform eDNA
With xSuite eDNA (Electronic Document Network Adapter), the Ahrensburg-based software manufacturer xSuite is now presenting its new invoice platform, which accepts a wide variety of e-invoice formats as a "single point of connection" and converts them into an easy-to-process, standardized format. XSuite eDNA, the cloud-based exchange and conversion platform for e-invoices, works like this: it accepts incoming (and in future also outgoing) invoice data records, converts them into the desired XML format and transmits them via various networks, such as Peppol.
The solution creates a standardized format from the heterogeneous incoming documents and transfers the invoice data to the appropriate fields in the ERP system, both at header and field level. In this way, it acts as a gateway to the e-invoice world in a wide variety of countries. The platform supports S/4 Hana and SAP systems as well as other ERP systems.
