In the Digital Office Area at the Bitkom stand at CeBIT 2017, WMD will be presenting the latest enhancements to its xSuite range of solutions. With the individual modules for incoming mail, invoices, orders, files, contracts and archiving, companies reduce process costs, streamline their IT infrastructure and administration and increase the transparency of work processes.

WMD's solutions are suitable for both SAP users and users of other ERP systems. WMD's xSuite combines different processes on a uniform platform using state-of-the-art technology.

The process chain begins with the digital incoming mail solution Mailroom, which automatically classifies the content of incoming mail. As a distribution station, it receives documents from a wide variety of sources, processes them, and automatically forwards them internally based on a set of rules.

A CeBIT innovation here is a workflow engine that distributes "work packages" and places them in the archive. WMD's electronic incoming invoice processing is a best-practice solution that covers the complete processing route of incoming invoices with and without purchase order reference, from scanning and classification to approval workflows within and outside SAP, and finally to posting.

An electronic procurement workflow for outgoing orders and a new solution for incoming order confirmations will also be presented.

WMD shows how to work digitally with daily documents and embed them in workflows using the example of its file and contract management solutions, which can be used independently of the ERP system in use.

Finally, an archive system is used to store and retrieve documents (with SAP coupling via SAP ArchiveLink) and is available as a web service. All modules are technologically from a single source and can be linked via xSuite as a central platform to form holistic workflows, for example in the course of Procure to Pay (ordering and payment) or Order to Cash (incoming orders and incoming payments).

Their use is optionally on-premise, cloud-based or hybrid. WMD has also developed a special solution for incoming invoice processing for the public sector and is presenting it at CeBIT.
