Hana protects against forest fires
SAP together with the European Space Agency (ESA) the Earth Observation Analysis Service presented, a Cloud-Service powered by Hana.
Together, they are developing new business in Earth observation data by leveraging the power of Hana with the precise, always up-to-date and easily accessible satellite data of the ESA - especially from the Copernicus program - combine.
At the SAP TechEd technology conference in Barcelona The reinsurer presented Munich Re, like the Earth Observation Analysis service is used within the company to gain simplified information and, based on historical and current Data Predict potential future wildfire trends.
As Cloud-Service powered by Hana offers the Earth Observation Analysis service provides a standardized interface for quick, easy use of detailed Analyses.
