Soccer in real time
Through the partnership with SAP, the DFB will use Customer Relationship Management Powered by SAP Hana, SAP Event Ticketing and Business Suite in the future. The aim is to make business processes more transparent and improve interaction with fans.
The new CRM gives users access to information in real time. Customer feedback, for example from social media channels, can also be evaluated. This gives the DFB an all-round view of its customers and enables it to contact them in real time.
Marketing campaigns can also be tailored more precisely to the needs of fans. SAP's planned Event Ticketing solution is expected to provide BI, ERP, CRM, and financial functions, and it is intended that it will be integrated into the Business Suite, which is scheduled for implementation.
The aim is to ensure uniform processes and a reliable database throughout the organization and across departments.
