Process solutions for S/4

WMD's process solutions, which are fully integrated in SAP, will also be able to run under S/4 in the future. These include, among others, verification and release workflows such as invoice verification.

As a long-standing SAP Software Solution Partner, WMD develops its solutions along SAP's latest state of development. Thanks to the S/4 runnability of the process solutions, users can work via modern web interfaces and no longer need a local SAP installation.

S/4 Hana is also associated with significantly higher performance. The modular xSuite365 product family can be operated on premise, in the cloud or hybrid. It fully maps the lifecycle of a document from capture to archive and can be flexibly integrated into existing systems.

This will be presented in Hanover using the example of the xFlow Mailroom incoming mail solution. As a module of xSuite365, it handles the automated processing and distribution of all incoming mail. Specially developed algorithms determine the type of incoming mail and automatically distribute it internally based on a set of rules.

Other innovations include an archive for SAP designed for high speed, with which mail archiving (Exchange, Notes) can be performed in addition to the typical archiving of documents and data from the ERP system, as well as the solutions "Personnel File for SAP" and "Customer File for SAP".

These are record solutions for displaying and storing documents in structured form via SAP ArchiveLink as a content provider. WMD uses the SAP UI5 framework here to build static and dynamic record structures.
