Friedrich Krey joins Infosys
Friedrich Krey becomes Global Alliance Director SAP at Infosys. Infosys was founded in India in 1981 and today operates globally as a consulting and IT services company. The company leverages a low-risk, reliable Global Delivery Model to accelerate projects while maintaining a high level of stability, time and cost predictability, and transparency.
The company is also an SAP Global Strategic Services Partner. In this role, Infosys helps customers implement and manage a wide range of SAP systems and products. These include S/4 Hana, C/4 Hana, BW/4 Hana, SuccessFactors, Hybris, Ariba and SAP Cloud Platform.
In particular, the company can provide customers with sustainable support in the migration to S/4 Hana and thus lead them to success. Infosys is also involved with new technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and cloud computing.
Previously, Krey served as Head of SAP Alliance and Partners EMEA Central at Suse for over a decade, bringing deep experience in the IT industry and SAP environment to Infosys. He is also a long-time E-3 author and the author of countless informative SAP blog entries on the topic of Linux, cloud and open source in general.
His extensive SAP and open source expertise will help him deepen and enrich the partnership between SAP and Infosys in his new role as Global Alliance Director SAP.
Bernd Leukert new at Deutsche Bank
Bernd Leukert joins Deutsche Bank as Chief Technology, Data and Innovation Officer. As part of its digital transformation, Deutsche Bank's Supervisory Board has changed the management structure.
This is intended to give those responsible more flexibility, speed up decision-making processes and promote entrepreneurship within the bank. Leukert was a member of SAP's Executive Board from 2014 to 2019.
Leukert, who headed the Digital Business Services unit, looks back on a long history as an executive at SAP. In his career, he has been successfully involved in numerous initiatives and developments.
He enjoys an excellent reputation in the technology industry on topics such as business applications, Industry 4.0 and digitization. In February, however, Leukert surprisingly resigned from the SAP Executive Board.
His appointment represents the bank's clear commitment to significantly improving its IT in order to become more efficient while enabling innovation. On the austerity course it has now embarked on, the bank intends to make targeted investments in technologies and innovations - spending around 13 billion euros on them by 2022.
Leukert is to use these funds in a targeted manner and help the bank to make faster progress on its way into the age of the cloud and platform economy. In addition to Leukert, Christiana Riley (responsible for the business in North and South America) and Stefan Simon (Chief Administrative Officer) will be appointed as new members of the Management Board.
Suse appoints new CEO
Melissa Di Donato has been appointed as the new CEO of Suse. A successful executive and former top SAP executive, Di Donato will usher in a new phase of dynamic advancement and growth for the world's largest independent open source software company as Suse's Chief Executive Officer.
Di Donato's career includes leadership positions in sales, organization and management with a focus on growth and transformation. Prior to joining Suse, Melissa Di Donato was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at SAP, responsible for global revenue and profit and customer satisfaction for SAP's core digital products.
Prior to that, she successfully contributed to the growth of the global organization in senior leadership roles at Salesforce, for which she was awarded the 2018 Digital Masters Award for Excellence in Commercial Management. Di Donato is highly regarded for her forward-thinking, strategic leadership style.

New HR Director for SAP Switzerland
Gabriel Wiskemann becomes Head of Human Resources at SAP Switzerland. In his new role, Gabriel Wiskemann is a member of the Executive Board of SAP Switzerland. He succeeds Enrico Palumbo, who is taking on a new role in SAP's global HR organization after three years.
Gabriel Wiskemann brings 20 years of experience in human resources. His areas of expertise include total rewards strategies, performance management, human resources development and shared services approaches. In 2000, Gabriel Wiskemann joined SAP, where he initially worked in compensation.
Shortly afterwards, he was appointed Head of Total Rewards for SAP Germany. In 2010, he took over this function for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). For the last five years, he held the position of Global Head of Total Rewards.
At his last stop as HR Director at SAP in Africa, he implemented the global HR strategy for the African continent with a focus on people and culture. Before that, he made a name for himself for the design and implementation of new incentive systems, among other things. He is also a guest lecturer at the University of Mannheim.
cbs appoints CEO for USA business
Global SAP consultancy cbs Corporate Business Solutions has appointed Lorenz Praefcke as the new CEO of its subsidiary cbs America. The task of the experienced SAP specialist will be to position the successful consultancy as a premium provider in the important North American market.
cbs intends to further strengthen its local presence with offices in Philadelphia (headquarters), Denver and Detroit, and to continuously expand its consulting capacity alongside its existing network in the USA.

Lorenz Praefcke has already been with cbs since 2012. Praefcke looks back on more than 20 years of professional experience as a long-standing SAP logistics consultant, project manager and manager. Before joining cbs, he held various management positions.
Andreas Rothkamp has been appointed Vice President of Skillsoft's DACH organization. Thanks to his total of around 20 years of sales experience in the e-learning environment, the graduate in business administration is well informed about the requirements of medium-sized and large companies.
Avast is getting a new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in Michal Peˇchoucˇek. He comes from the renowned Technical University in Prague, where as a professor he heads the Department of Computer Science and the Center for Artificial Intelligence, which he founded almost two decades ago.
Lisa Dodman has been named Unit4's chief people officer (CPO). Dodman has 25 years of professional experience in human resources and spent 18 years in the software industry. Her focus has been on ERP companies, where talent development has always been central.
With Stefan Zeitzen, SER was able to gain an experienced sales expert with business software expertise as CSO. The manager learned the sales business from the ground up and rose through positions in technology as well as marketing and sales to become sales manager and managing director.
Agnes Heftberger is IBM Germany's new Managing Director for Sales. Agnes Heftberger had previously been responsible for Retail & Consumer Products, Travel & Transportation, Telecommunications & Media Industries for the German market since January 2017.
