With the takeover by the Japanese Mitsui Chemicals Group, the dental specialist Kulzer, headquartered in Hanau, Hesse, together with the Heidelberg-based management consultancy cbs Corporate Business Solutions, carved out all SAP systems of the dental division from the former Heraeus parent company. The demanding carve-out encompassed the entire process landscape, including SAP ERP and the GTS system.
