Human Resources (HR) departments everywhere are facing a multitude of challenges - one of which is how to choose the right learning management system.

The need for learning management systems is increasing. The reasons are numerous: compliance with quality standards among employees despite different locations and countries of deployment, increasing regulatory requirements for certification credentials (for example, customer advisors at banks), growing awareness of seeing employees as a core resource of an organization and wanting to invest in them - to name just a few examples.
