"With the complete package of SAP S/4 Hana and SAP BTP, we will take a big step forward in digitization and become significantly faster and more efficient in our processes," explains Nikolaus Schmidt, Head of Technology and Innovation at Commerz Real.
A key advantage of the corporate management solution is a simplified data model. This makes analyses, asset valuations and forecasts possible in real time, which, according to Commerz Real, not only speeds up decision-making processes considerably, but also makes them more well-founded.
"This is a real benefit for our asset and transaction management," Schmidt is certain. Reports can also be generated in real time with S/4.

"This will make our products and services more dynamic," predicts Schmidt.
The schedule envisages migration to the SAP private cloud by the end of 2023 and conversion of the first business units by mid-2024. The cloud infrastructure in turn runs on Microsoft Azure, operated by SAP. The entire business processes are to be completely converted to S/4 Hana by 2027 at the latest.
