itmX is aimed at companies that use or want to introduce SAP ERP or S/4 Hana and are looking for a tightly integrated solution for Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
The itmX brand combines the terms innovation, trust, mindfulness and experience. The customer focus includes companies with 100 to 10,000 employees from the mechanical and plant engineering, project manufacturing, project services, retail, high-tech and electrical industries.
"Our primary target market is the midmarket, which doesn't want to spend millions on CRM solutions"reports itmX managing director Stefan Eller.
As part of a close partnership with Itelligence and its parent company NTT Data, the company uses joint networks for sales, development and support on a global level.
