Fivetran expands its management team
Fivetran strengthens its commitment in Germany and Europe: With immediate effect, Fivetran takes over Alexander Zschaler the newly created position of Regional Vice President for the DACH region and for Central and Eastern Europe. To this end, he brings 20 years of professional experience in the software industry, most recently as Regional Vice President in the CEMEA region at Cloudera, provider of a hybrid data platform. With this step, Fivetran emphasizes the relevance of the German-speaking market and underpins its ambitious growth targets in this region as well. At the same time, German-language support for local customers is to be consistently expanded.
Alexander Zschaler started as a sales manager at IBM Germany, among others. In recent years, he has held various management positions at hyperscale start-ups as well as global players in the IT sector, including BMC Software, Zuora, Dynatrace and most recently Cloudera. As Regional Vice President DACH and CEE at Fivetran, Alexander Zschaler reports directly to Guro Bergan, General Manager EMEA. Unit4 appoints new chief revenue officer
Unit4 announced the appointment of Johan Reventberg as chief revenue officer. In this role, Reventberg will be responsible for all go-to-market activities worldwide, including the company's partner organization. Reventberg has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, pre-sales, sales management and general management, and was previously president of the EMEA region at software and consulting company Blue Yonder. In that role, he was responsible for driving revenue from software and professional services, as well as aligning the company's go-to-market approach with global strategy. Reventberg began his career as an IT and management consultant at Accenture, where he focused on large-scale retail IT transformations and IT outsourcing.
He then moved to Oracle's sales and solutions consultancy, where he was responsible for building and launching Oracle Retail in the Nordic region. Reventberg lives in Stockholm and holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and a master's degree in business and information technology. "With his extensive expertise around SaaS combined with his global and regional experience, Johan will have a significant impact on Unit4's development into a true cloud company," said Mike Ettling, Chief Executive Officer, Unit4.

Partner and Alliance Manager at Cloudera
Cloudera appointed at the beginning of the new fiscal year Johann Baermann as Partner and Alliance Manager for Central EMEA. In this position, he is responsible for working with channel partners and independent software vendors in the DACH region and Eastern Europe. "I am very much looking forward to further driving networking within our partner ecosystem and expanding the partner program at Cloudera," says Johann Baermann.
Johann Baermann has more than ten years of industry experience and most recently served as Technology Alliance Manager for Cloudera. He has expertise in the execution of software projects, specifically the introduction and provision of cloud services and consulting services. Previously, he played a key role in the system architecture and infrastructure of well-known IT companies. His activities focused on cloud architectures and data center solutions.

New CFO at SNP
The Board of Directors of the Heidelberg-based software and consulting company SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner has Andreas Röderer as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Board. He will take up the post no later than September 1 of this year. The current interim CFO, Professor Thorsten Grenz, will remain with the company until an orderly handover has been completed. Andreas Röderer has held several management positions at SAP for 14 years.
As CFO and member of the Executive Board of SAP Germany, he has been responsible for the financial management of the business activities of SAP's German sales unit with revenues of over €5 billion for the past three years. In particular, he has driven forward topics related to innovations, increased revenue in the cloud area and contributed to a high level of employee satisfaction. A native of Heidelberg, he holds a degree in business administration and a master's degree in auditing and business law. He is married and the father of four children. Tricentis with new technology sales expert
Longtime technology sales expert will drive market strategy and expansion in Europe, Middle East and Africa: Tricentis appoints David Cronk as senior vice president of sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Cronk will be responsible for market strategy and continued expansion in the region. "As a future part of Tricentis, I am building on the strong foundation that will enable many organizations to take advantage of the speed and quality benefits of Continuous Testing and Quality Engineering," said Cronk.
David Cronk joins Tricentis from SolarWinds. There, as President of International Sales, he was responsible for the sales and partner organizations in EMEA and APAC. Prior to that, Cronk served as senior vice president of North American K12 Sales and Channel Sales at Pearson Education. He also held various global and regional management positions at HP for six years. Prior to that, he spent five years at Fortune 500 company UnitedHealthcare.
