d.velop expands the board of directors
d.velop AG will be managed by an expanded executive board team. As announced by the provider of software for the digitization of document and business processes, the company's supervisory board has Stephan Held was appointed to the Executive Board of the Gescher-based group of companies as Chief Financial Officer at the turn of the year. Held has already been working for d.velop since October 2021 and has since been primarily responsible for the Accounting and Controlling division of the software manufacturer and digital platform provider.

New CFO at CNT
The investment banker Florian Nitsche will be the new CFO of the Austrian SAP partner CNT. Nitsche has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board at CNT since 2018 and takes over the finance department from CNT founding partner Hans Haiden, who will retire in mid-2023. Florian Nitsche previously worked in investment banking at Raiffeisen Bank International as Head of Consumer Goods and Life Sciences and Industrials. He was appointed by the CNT shareholders as the new CFO and authorized signatory as part of the long-term prepared succession planning and will replace Hans Haiden in this function as of July this year, who had been CFO since CNT's founding in 1999.
Until July, Florian Nitsche will act as Deputy CFO. He already has a good insight into the company thanks to his several years as a member of the Supervisory Board at CNT. The new CFO looks back on an eventful career. After studying at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, Florian Nitsche started in the corporate finance department of the consulting firm PwC, after which he moved to the seed and crop protection group Syngenta as Business Development Manager. Since 2008, Florian Nitsche worked at RBI, where he was responsible for investment banking in the industrial and consumer goods sector as Executive Director. From 2018 to 2022, he proved himself as Chairman of the CNT Supervisory Board.
