All for One Group takes over SAP service provider

All for One Group acquires a 51 percent majority stake in SNP Poland, a provider of software solutions.

Both parties have agreed mutual call and put options for the complete takeover of all shares, which can be exercised for the first time from the end of 2023. Neither company has disclosed the purchase price, which will be financed from cash and cash equivalents. SNP Poland is a provider of SAP services and software solutions for digital transformation processes in Poland with more than 400 employees and over 400 customers.
