Advantages for both sides

MGM Technology Partners acquires 100 percent of the shares in Clientis, resulting in advantages for both companies.

Clientis is a solution specialist for SAP business processes, was founded 20 years ago and has locations in Moosburg near Munich and Hamburg. The sellers of the shares are a group of shareholders and the two board members Miodrag Dick and Björn-Eric Friedsam, who will continue to head the company in the future. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. "One of our strategic decisions is to expand our range of services to include SAP and ERP solution expertise"explains Hamarz Mehmanesh, co-founder and CEO of MGM. For many customer projects in the field of business-critical applications, the SAP connectivity of the systems developed by MGM is increasingly part of the contract.

"It therefore makes sense for us to quickly build up the relevant SAP expertise for our own A12 platform. I am therefore all the more pleased that we have found a team in our new colleagues from Clientis that has this expertise and fits in so well with us when it comes to thinking about everything from IT architecture to the value system." . Clientis' core business is industry- and customer-specific development projects within the SAP system family beyond pure implementation projects. As a long-standing partner, Clientis works for well-known customers from the retail, mechanical engineering, clothing, food and chemical industries.

The existing Clientis business with all employees, clients and partners will remain independent. It will be integrated into the MGM brand family as MGM Integration Partners by the end of 2021. The company will thus bundle its expertise in SAP development and process optimization in the commercial and public sectors.
